aging techniques, followed by the tasting of our wines and

Truffle Tasting:
Tasting of our wines and extra virgin olive oil accompanied
from appetizers to truffles, local cheeses with truffles, cured
meats craft, focaccia and bruschetta.
Duration 1 h and 30 min.

Truffle Tasting tour: (excluding the month of September)
Visit of the winery with an explanation of the winemaking and
aging techniques, followed by tastings of our wines and extra
virgin olive oil accompanied by truffle snacks, local cheeses with

Truffle hunting with a professional truffle hunter and his dog,

Wine and Truffle Tour*: (Excluding the months from September to December)
Truffle hunting with a professional truffle hunter and his dog,
visit of the winery with an explanation of winemaking techniques
and aging, followed by tastings of our wines and extra virgin
olive oil accompanied by truffle snacks, local cheeses with truffles
and not, artisan salami, focaccia and bruschetta.
